I enrolled at Farrell's when a friend of ours had just finished her 10 weeks and said how much she loved it. We decided to try it out. We attended their friends & family week and immediately fell in love with the program!
What do I love about Farrell's? I love how walking into the gym you are welcomed right away. The energy from the members at the gym is positive and encouraging. It is a great feeling knowing others want you to succeed.
Since joining Farrell's I have gained so much more confidence in myself. I am stronger physically and mentally. The work outs we have are never disappointing. 45 min of fun!
Thinking of joining Farrell's? My advice is to just do it! It's worth every penny. It's not going to be easy but the results are so rewarding !
