I first began my journey with Farrells Extreme Bodyshaping back in April 2011 at the Blaine location in Minnesota. At the time, I had a couple friends that were in the program and were having awesome results and loving it! After I completed my 10 Week Session, I decided that I wanted to coach and mentor some of the new members that were going to be starting their 10 Weeks. Farrells became much more than a gym for me, and by August 2011 I started instructing classes. Shortly after I finished my 10 Week Session I had thoughts about becoming an owner, but didnt act on this until my sister and husband went through the program. We opened our first location January 2016 in Elk River MN, and by January 2017 we opened our second location in Albertville, MN. Farrells Extreme Bodyshaping is a life changing program and is a great fit for those who are looking for a supportive group to better their overall health.
